Forge Line Consulting is an independent advisory firm for manufacturing projects in the US. We take a project from idea to running line: feasibility and production planning, equipment selection, cost modeling and financial projections, supplier sourcing, and commissioning. Our recommendations answer to the client alone.
The work is hands-on. We build the capex model, run RFQ processes with equipment vendors, negotiate supply contracts, and stand on the floor during startup. That is what clients rely on when decisions carry real capital risk.
