01. The Challenge.

A regional craft brewery had outgrown its manual bottling setup and was losing orders it could not fill. The client needed to automate bottling and packaging within the existing building, under tight floor space constraints and a hard capital expenditure ceiling — without over-investing in capacity the market could not yet absorb.

02. The Solution.

We acted as the client's independent technical representative through the full project lifecycle. Our team built the capacity model and capex plan, developed the User Requirement Specifications (URS), and ran a vendor-neutral RFQ process across bottling equipment suppliers. We negotiated the final supply contract, supervised Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and oversaw installation, utilities integration and line commissioning on site.

03. The Result.

The line was brought to commercial production in 2024, on budget and two weeks ahead of the agreed schedule. After structured operator training and changeover optimization, the line reached its target output rate within the first 45 days of operation, and the brewery's core range now runs entirely on the new line.
