Full-cycle engineering, vendor selection, and commissioning of a high-capacity tissue converting and packaging line.

The client sought to aggressively expand their consumer goods production capacity to meet growing regional demand. The project required integrating a high-speed rewinding and packaging line within an existing facility, navigating strict floor space constraints and rigid capital expenditure limits.
We managed the entire project lifecycle as the client's independent technical representative. Our team developed the User Requirement Specifications (URS), ran a vendor-neutral bidding process, and optimized the final plant layout. We closely supervised the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the supplier's facility and stood on the floor during the final installation to ensure seamless mechanical and electrical integration.
The equipment was successfully installed and brought to commercial production ahead of schedule. Through rigorous operator training and focused throughput analysis, the new line achieved its target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of 85% within the first 60 days of operation, delivering immediate ROI for the client.
